Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NovaPR (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through novapr.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

NovaPR provides the following digital services for professionals:

  • Google Knowledge Panel: Entity building, Knowledge Graph optimization, and panel verification ($3,000 one-time)
  • Website Design: Premium website design with SEO and ongoing maintenance ($2,000 setup + $500/month)
  • PR Articles: Press releases and feature stories on high-authority publications (from $500 per article)
  • The Bundle: Combined services package ($3,000 setup + $500/month, with optional PR add-on)

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Square.
  • For Google Knowledge Panel: $1,500 is due upfront to begin work. The remaining $1,500 is due upon delivery (when the panel appears on Google).
  • For Website Design: $2,000 setup fee is due upfront. Monthly maintenance of $500 begins upon website launch.
  • For The Bundle: $3,000 setup fee is due upfront. Monthly fee of $500 begins upon service activation.
  • PR article fees are due prior to publication.

4. Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing any service from NovaPR, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All payments made are non-refundable
  • Work begins immediately upon receipt of payment
  • Due to the nature of digital services (entity building, content creation, PR distribution, and Knowledge Graph optimization), the work performed cannot be reversed or undone
  • You have read and understood this no-refund policy before making your purchase
  • No chargebacks will be accepted — any chargeback disputes will be contested with full documentation of services rendered

This policy applies to all services including but not limited to: Google Knowledge Panel, Website Design, PR Articles, and The Bundle.

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Google Knowledge Panel: Approximately 2 months from the start of work. Timelines may vary depending on existing digital presence.
  • Website Design: Approximately 2 weeks from project kickoff.
  • PR Articles: Published within 1-2 weeks of approval.

While we strive to meet these timelines, they are estimates and not guarantees. Factors outside our control (such as Google's review processes) may affect delivery times.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information (bio, photos, credentials)
  • Respond to communications and approval requests in a timely manner
  • Not engage in any activity that could negatively impact the services being delivered
  • Provide access to necessary accounts or platforms when requested

7. Intellectual Property

  • Content created for your Knowledge Panel, website, and PR articles is owned by you upon full payment.
  • We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
  • Our website design, code, and branding remain the intellectual property of NovaPR.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we have a strong track record of delivering Google Knowledge Panels and achieving high search rankings, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Google's algorithms and policies are controlled by Google and are subject to change. We commit to following best practices and working diligently to achieve the desired results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaPR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. In the event of termination, the no-refund policy (Section 4) remains in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
